Another hot day today! Stall horses are back on a heat schedule, coming into their stalls by 3:00 with overnight turnout later in the evening. I will be feeding a bran mash this afternoon.
Pasture herds will be out this afternoon; geldings in the back pasture, mares in the front. They will all stay in tomorrow as the burn pile will be active.
We have started a Twin Mill Drill Team as part of the Mill Creek Horsemasters Program (basic information is at www.twinmillfarm.com). Anyone is welcome to try it out.
